The second issue of Gazeta do Mar is now available. Once again, we are amazed by the impact that an analogue product can have. The tactile experience – the feel, smell, and sound – of a newspaper as you turn its pages cannot be replicated digitally. The efort put into developing artworks and texts cultivates an appreciation that is best experienced through analogue reading. Reading on paper is easier for the human brain than reading on a digital device, while also aiding the development of kognitive skills and vocabulary. Gazeta do Mar champions the fine arts, striving to give young artists a platform alongside more established positions. We weave networks across national and linguistic borders, enjoying the utopia of an international community. Gazeta do Mar 2025 is published by Conny Maier & Thomas Spallek.
